    • 1.5 tbsp plum extract

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
  • Other

    • 1 block tofu
    • Adequate amount of batter mix

Wash dalrae (wild chives) thoroughly under running water and let them drain on a sieve.

Cut the tofu into cubes of your preferred size. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the tofu and coat evenly with batter mix.

Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the tofu until lightly golden. Avoid overcooking to maintain a soft texture inside.

Cut the drained dalrae into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing garlic, plum extract, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Toss the dalrae with the seasoning.
