- 🍗 563g boneless chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g cabbage
- 🧅 260g onion
- 🍠 100g sweet potato
- 🧅 80g green onion
- 2 bunches perilla leaves
- 1 green chili pepper
Carbs
- 🍚 140g rice cake
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Wash the chicken under running water.
Debone the chicken and remove excess fat.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the marinade.
Marinate the chicken with half of the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables: chop cabbage, slice onions, sweet potatoes, and rice cakes.
Arrange vegetables and rice cakes in a thick iron pan, placing perilla leaves and green onions in the center.
Place marinated chicken on top of the vegetables.
Add chili oil and perilla oil to the pan.
Pour the remaining marinade over the ingredients.
Stir-fry the ingredients, ensuring the rice cakes and sweet potatoes do not stick.
Add the green chili pepper and continue stir-frying until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
