INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1/2 bowl chopped young radish kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 🧅 2-3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 handful seaweed flakes
Seasonings
- 2-3 tbsp perilla oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- A pinch of sugar
- A pinch of ground pepper
PASOS
Chop the young radish kimchi, onion, and green onion into small pieces.
Heat 2-3 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan.
Add the chopped young radish kimchi and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Add a pinch of sugar and ground pepper to balance the sourness and enhance flavor.
Once the radish starts to soften, add the chopped onion and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice, 1/2 tbsp of gochujang, and 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil. Mix well and stir-fry until evenly combined.
Prepare a fried egg and cut the seaweed into small pieces.
Serve the fried rice on a plate with the fried egg and seaweed flakes on top.
