 - 2 stalks green onion, chopped

- 100g thinly sliced pork

PASOS
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Thinly slice the pork.
In a bowl, mix bean sprouts, pork, and green onion. Add flour and mix well.
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and mix until fully coated.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Shape the mixture on a wooden spatula and slide it into the oil. Fry until crispy and golden.
