INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup crab sticks, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 cup diced onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch ground pepper
PASOS
Prepare crab sticks, zucchini, onion, and 1 egg.
Dice zucchini and onion into small pieces, and slice crab sticks diagonally.
Heat a frying pan with oil, add crab sticks, zucchini, onion, and season with pepper and a pinch of salt.
Cook until vegetables turn translucent and crab sticks separate naturally.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan and stir well.
Add 1 tbsp curry powder and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, then stir-fry until evenly mixed.
