- 🦐 1 cup cooked shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍋 1/4 sliced lemon

Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Batter
- 1 cup tempura flour
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Remove the tail shells from the cooked shrimp as desired.
Rinse the shrimp briefly in cold water and drain completely.
Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl to create a thick batter.
Dip the shrimp into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat oil in a pan and test by dropping a bit of batter; it should float up in 3 seconds.
Fry the shrimp on medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the batter is cooked.
Increase the heat and fry the shrimp for an additional 1 minute until golden brown.
In a small pan, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Heat on low for 1 minute.
Coat the fried shrimp in the sauce and serve immediately.
