INGREDIENTES
Broth
- 1 pack cold noodle broth
Noodles
- 1 pack konjac noodles
Seasoning
- 2/3 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp minced kimchi
PASOS
Chill the cold noodle broth in the freezer for one hour before serving to create a slushy texture.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, vinegar, and mustard.
Add 2–3 tbsp of minced kimchi to the sauce and mix well.
Rinse the konjac noodles under running water, pour boiling water over them, and rinse again with cold water to remove the odor.
Drain the konjac noodles, place them in a bowl, pour the chilled broth over them, and top with the prepared sauce.
