PASOS
Clean the cockles thoroughly by scrubbing them in cold water with coarse salt until the water runs clear.
Boil water in a pot, add the cockles, and stir in one direction while cooking.
Once the cockle shells open, drain them using a colander and remove excess water.
Separate one side of the cockle shells and set the meat aside.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Evenly distribute the seasoning sauce over the cockle meat.
