    • 150-200g bean sprouts
    • 🧈 1/2 block tofu
    • 🧅 1 green onion
  • Soup Base

    • 💧 1L water
    • 1 packet beef stock powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 pinches black pepper

PASOS

Boil 1L of water on high heat. Prepare broth using anchovies or kelp if desired.

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly.

Add the tea bag or broth ingredients to the boiling water.

Add the rinsed bean sprouts to the boiling broth.

Add 1 tbsp of beef stock powder and stir well.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the soup.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.

Dice the tofu into cubes and slice the green onion thinly.

Add the diced tofu and sliced green onion to the soup and stir gently.
