INGREDIENTES
- Broth - 1.5L anchovy broth
 
- Vegetables - 200g soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 
- Seafood - 250g sea squirt
 
- Eggs - 🥚 4 eggs
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp shrimp sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 
PASOS
Soak the sea squirt in cold water while preparing other ingredients.
Wash 200g of soybean sprouts and drain them naturally in a colander.
In a pot, add 1.5L anchovy broth, 200g soybean sprouts, and 250g cleaned sea squirt.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and bring the mixture to a boil. Then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp shrimp sauce and stir well.
Serve the soup with chopped green onion and poached eggs for added flavor and presentation.
