INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Broth
- 5 cups anchovy broth
PASOS
Peel and slice the potatoes into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Beat the egg in a bowl until fully mixed.
Boil water with a broth pack for 10 minutes, then remove the pack.
Add the sliced potatoes to the boiling broth and cook until partially tender.
Add the sliced onion to the pot and continue cooking.
Season the soup with soy sauce and fish sauce.
Pour the beaten egg in a circular motion into the pot and sprinkle with pepper.
Add the chopped green onion and let the soup simmer briefly.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your clear potato egg soup.
