INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (pre-purged)
 
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), cut into pieces
 - 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 sprig parsley, chopped
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
 
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
Liquids
- 2 tbsp sake
 - 💧 100ml water
 
PASOS
Scrub the clam shells and drain the water.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave the potato for 4 minutes at 600W. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the garlic, and chop the parsley.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and potatoes, stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add sake and water, cover the pan, and cook for 3 minutes until the clams open.
Add cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until the liquid reduces slightly.
