INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
 
- Vegetables - 1/3 bunch chrysanthemum greens
 
- Meat - 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
 
- Oils and Fats - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Eggs - 🥚 2 onsen eggs
 
- Toppings - White sesame seeds, as needed
 
- Sauce - 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 
PASOS
Separate the chrysanthemum greens into leaves and stems. Thinly slice the stems diagonally.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, honey, grated garlic, and grated ginger).
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and chrysanthemum stems, and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Add the stir-fried mixture to the bowl of sauce and mix well.
Serve warm rice in a bowl. Top with the beef mixture, chrysanthemum leaves, and an onsen egg. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Repeat for the second serving.
