  • Meat

    • 🥩 400–440g beef for grilling
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 onion, chopped
    • 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 🧂 1 tsp ground pepper

PASOS

Prepare the beef by patting it dry with paper towels to remove excess blood.

Chop the vegetables according to preference. Use onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

Cut the beef into large bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with a little oil and wipe it with a paper towel. Add the beef and stir-fry.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry until the beef loses its pink color.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry together with the beef.

Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and 2 tbsp of ketchup. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
