- 3 tbsp ketchup

- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch

PASOS
Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp rice wine, salt, and pepper.
Dice green and red bell peppers and onion. Rinse peas and corn, then drain.
Mix chili sauce, ketchup, sugar, rice wine, vinegar, and oyster sauce to create the chili sauce.
Combine 3 tbsp cornstarch and 1 egg to make the batter.
Coat marinated shrimp with the batter.
Deep-fry shrimp twice for extra crispiness.
Drain fried shrimp on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté diced onion until translucent.
Add prepared chili sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add diced bell peppers and cook briefly.
Add fried shrimp and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Add peas and corn, mix well, and turn off the heat.
