INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 300g boneless chicken thighs
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🍄 a small amount of enoki mushrooms
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- desired amount of glass noodles
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1-2 tbsp chili powder
- a pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Soak glass noodles in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
Boil water and add 2 tbsp of cooking wine to remove the smell of chicken thighs.
Boil chicken thighs for 3 minutes and set aside.
Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces: onion, zucchini, potato, enoki mushrooms, red chili, and green chili.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry potatoes and zucchini first.
Cut boiled chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper.
Add prepared seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, water, and chili powder.
When the chicken starts simmering, add enoki mushrooms, chilies, and onion.
Add soaked glass noodles and cook for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Simmer until the sauce thickens and noodles absorb the flavor.
