INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 🧄 6-7 cloves garlic
- 8 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare firm tofu and remove excess moisture using paper towels.
Cut the tofu into medium-sized cubes.
Slice garlic thinly, chop the red chili finely, and cut the green chilies lengthwise.
Coat the tofu cubes evenly with glutinous rice flour.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
Remove the fried tofu and set it aside in a separate container.
In the same pan with the remaining oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the fried tofu, chilies, and the prepared seasonings to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
Turn off the heat and finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds on top.
