INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 150g bok choy
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 🌰 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Separate bok choy leaves and stems. Boil the stems first in a pot of water.
Add the leaves after a short delay and blanch them briefly.
Rinse the blanched bok choy under cold running water to cool them down.
Drain the water and mix bok choy with doenjang, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
Serve the seasoned bok choy as a side dish.
