    • 1/2 cup rice cakes
    • 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    • 🥛 1/2 cup milk
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tbsp ginger juice
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • a pinch of black pepper
    • a pinch of sesame seeds

PASOS

Prepare all ingredients by washing and cutting them as described.

Soak chicken in milk for 30 minutes, rinse, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Slice onion, sweet potato, cabbage, and perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion, green chili, and red chili diagonally.

Heat a pan with a little oil, add chicken and sweet potato, and stir-fry until the sweet potato starts to soften.

Add onion, cabbage, and rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add green onion, green chili, red chili, and perilla leaves, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Top with mozzarella cheese, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
