INGREDIENTES

- 🧀 30g processed cheese, diced
 
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, sliced
 - 1 sprig parsley, chopped
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 1 tsp curry powder
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
PASOS
Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
Slice the carrot into thin half-moon shapes and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Drain excess water.
Mix the seasonings (salt, pepper, curry powder, olive oil) in a bowl. Add the cheese and carrots, then toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
