    • 🥬 1/2 head cabbage
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Herbs & Garnishes

    • 🧅 1–2 stalks chopped green onion
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Separate cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.

Rinse the blanched cabbage in cold water and tear it lengthwise into strips.

Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and mix with doenjang, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.

Serve the seasoned cabbage namul as a side dish.
