INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves
- 1 green chili, deseeded and chopped
- 🧅 Some chopped green onion
Meat
- 🥩 150g beef
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
Spices
- 🧄 6-7 garlic cloves, sliced
- Some pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Marinate the beef with 2 tbsp rice wine and some pepper for about 10 minutes.
Chop the cabbage leaves finely, slice the garlic, and deseed and chop the green chili.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry quickly.
Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and stir-fry on high heat.
Add 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce or soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.
Add the chopped green chili and green onion, and stir-fry briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
