- 🥔 1 potato, peeled
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🥛 1.5 cups milk
- 🍅 1 cup tomato sauce
- A pinch of parsley flakes
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Peel the potato and chop it into bite-sized pieces along with the onion and chicken thighs.
Mix the chicken thighs with the seasoning ingredients and let it marinate.
Heat a pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, and sauté the minced garlic, potato, and onion until the onion turns translucent.
Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in the milk and tomato sauce, then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
