INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 cup kimchi
- 20 Vienna sausages
- 1 can Spam
- 🧈 1/3 block tofu
- 1 handful rice cakes
- 🧅 10 cm green onion
- 2 red chilies
- 2 large green chilies
- 1 pouch beef bone broth
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Slice the chilies diagonally and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Slice Spam thinly and cut Vienna sausages diagonally.
Add a handful of rice cakes to avoid thickening the broth too much.
Add 1/4 cup of kimchi to maintain a balanced flavor.
Mix doenjang, chili powder, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and water to create the seasoning.
Arrange tofu, Spam, and rice cakes around the edges and place kimchi in the center.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the ingredients.
Add 1 pouch of beef bone broth and top up with water as needed.
Add green onion, green chilies, and red chilies on top.
Bring the mixture to a boil until flavors meld together.
Optionally, add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
