INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 2-3 pinches salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Soak the broccoli in water for 10 minutes, rinse, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop 1/4 onion and soak it in water to reduce its sharpness.
Mix the dressing ingredients: 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp plum extract, 2-3 pinches salt, and 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
Heat a pan with olive oil, stir-fry the broccoli with 2-3 pinches of salt and 1 tsp minced garlic.
Let the stir-fried broccoli cool slightly, then mix it with the onion and the prepared sesame mayo dressing.
