INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 6 slices of toast bread
Egg
- 🥚 5 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Sauce
- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Boil 5 eggs until fully cooked, then peel the shells.
Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Boil water, add 1/2 tsp salt, and blanch broccoli briefly. Rinse with cold water.
Remove excess water from broccoli using a cloth and chop finely.
Mash boiled eggs in a bowl.
Mix plain yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in the bowl with mashed eggs. Add chopped broccoli and mix well.
Toast bread slices in a dry pan until golden brown.
Place a slice of toasted bread on a sheet of plastic wrap, add a generous amount of egg mixture, and cover with another slice of bread.
Wrap the sandwich tightly with plastic wrap and repeat for remaining sandwiches.
