INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
 - 1/2 red bell pepper
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧈 10g salted butter
 - 1/2 tbsp curry powder
 
PASOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper, and massage it into the meat.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and sake. Mix well, cover with a lid, and steam for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, butter, curry powder) and stir-fry quickly to combine.
