INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 10 boiled quail eggs
- 10 Vienna sausages
- 10 rice cakes
Coating Ingredients
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Tear 2 slices of bread into small pieces and blend them into breadcrumbs using a mixer.
Skewer one rice cake, one Vienna sausage, and one boiled quail egg onto each skewer. If using frozen rice cakes, blanch them for 1 minute to soften.
Spread 50g of all-purpose flour on a tray. Coat the skewers evenly with flour, then dip them into beaten eggs.
Coat the skewers with breadcrumbs evenly, tapping off excess crumbs.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the skewers for about 40 seconds until they turn light brown.
Mix ketchup, gochujang, sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, plum extract, and minced garlic in a bowl. Heat the mixture in a pan over high heat until it boils, then simmer for 30 seconds while stirring.
