    • 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍶 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

PASOS

Drain the canned mackerel and set aside the fish.

Slice the radish thickly, slice the onion, and diagonally slice the green onion.

Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.

Layer the radish at the bottom of a pot, then place the mackerel on top.

Add the sauce, onion, and stock to the pot, then bring to a boil.
