INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 400g hairtail fish, cleaned and cut
Vegetables
- 🥔 200-300g radish, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
- 🧅 0.5 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp minced ginger
- 💧 300ml water
PASOS
Prepare vegetables: slice radish into half-moon shapes, chop green onion, slice chili peppers and onion.
Clean and blanch the hairtail fish briefly in boiling water to remove any fishy smell.
Make the sauce: mix soy sauce, red pepper powder, red pepper paste, sugar, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a bowl.
Layer radish slices at the bottom of a shallow pot, add the fish, sauce, and 300ml water.
Cook on high heat for 10 minutes without covering the pot.
Add onion, green onion, and chili peppers, then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes until the sauce reduces.
Turn off the heat once the sauce has thickened and the fish is fully cooked.
