    • 200 g glass noodles

    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp rice wine
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/3 tbsp minced ginger
    • 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 💧 1 cup water
  • Finishing Touches

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 tbsp sesame seeds

PASOS

Boil water and add 2 tbsp rice wine. Blanch the chicken pieces for 2 minutes.

Rinse the blanched chicken in cold water and place it in a pan.
