INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g beef sirloin or tenderloin
- 🧄 2-3 cloves garlic
- 20 shishito peppers
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 6 tbsp water
- A small amount of black pepper
PASOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, slice garlic thinly, and trim the stems off the shishito peppers before cutting them into 2-3 pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef to the pan and cook until the surface is browned.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once the sauce reduces slightly, add the shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly. Finish by adding sesame oil and mixing well.
Plate the dish and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
