  • Potatoes

    • 🥔 1kg baby potatoes
  • Seasoning

    • 6 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 💧 12 tbsp water
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
    • 3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🌰 to taste sesame seeds

PASOS

Wash 1kg of baby potatoes thoroughly and drain the water.

Boil the potatoes lightly without peeling until a fork can pierce them slightly.

Mix soy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, water, minced garlic, grapeseed oil, and corn syrup to create the braising sauce.

Add the boiled potatoes to a pan and pour the braising sauce over them. Start cooking on high heat.

Reduce to low heat and simmer, turning the potatoes occasionally until the sauce thickens and coats the potatoes.

Once the sauce reduces to about 2-3 tbsp, turn off the heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
