INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2/3 zucchini
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
- 1 red chili
Meat
- 🥩 100g ground beef
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Flour
- 🌾 A small amount of flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Mix ground beef with chopped green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and black pepper for seasoning.
Slice zucchini into 0.5cm thick rounds and hollow out the center.
Place zucchini slices in a bag with flour and shake to coat evenly.
Fill the hollowed zucchini slices with the seasoned beef mixture.
Coat the stuffed zucchini slices with flour on both sides.
Beat the egg and strain it to remove any clumps for a smoother coating.
Dip the flour-coated zucchini slices into the egg mixture evenly.
Heat a frying pan with ample oil, reduce to low heat, and cook the zucchini slices. Garnish with red chili slices.
