INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef brisket
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp tsuyu sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Slice the onion and chop the green onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Cook the sliced beef brisket in a pan until browned, then add the onion and sauté.
Once the onion is cooked, pour in the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil over high heat.
Simmer until the liquid is almost evaporated.
Place the beef and onion mixture over the cooked rice.
Top with an egg yolk and sprinkle chopped green onion.
