    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1 cup water
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine

Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and place in a pan.

Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir-fry until browned.

Chop cabbage, onion, and carrot into small pieces and add them to the pan.

Stir-fry the vegetables with the beef until softened.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of water with 1/2 tbsp cornstarch. Pour into the pan over low heat.

Add 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Stir well.

Slice green onion and add it to the pan. Stir briefly and turn off the heat.

Serve the stir-fried beef and vegetables over a bowl of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
