- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 2 handfuls sliced radish
- 💧 1L water
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
PASOS
Peel the radish and slice it into thin pieces. Prepare approximately two handfuls.
Slice the green onion finely or diagonally, depending on your preference.
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Add sesame oil to the marinated beef and mix again.
Heat a pan and sauté the beef until slightly browned.
Add the sliced radish to the pan and stir-fry together with the beef.
Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Let the radish cook until tender.
Skim off any foam that rises to the surface and adjust the seasoning with salt.
Add the sliced green onion and sprinkle pepper to taste. Serve hot.
