INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 2 cups radish, diced
- 1 cup beef, sliced
- 💧 5 cups water
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
 
PASOS
Soak beef in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess blood.
Dice radish into 0.5cm thick cubes.
Slice green onion into large diagonal pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté beef until it turns brown.
Add radish to the pot and cook until slightly translucent.
Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Skim off any foam.
Season with soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, and sugar.
Simmer for 20 minutes, then add green onion and sprinkle black pepper before serving.
