INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 400g beef belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 2 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Mix red pepper powder, red pepper paste, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl to create the sauce.
Slice the vegetables (onion, green onion, perilla leaves) as desired.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and sauté the sliced onion until golden.
Add the beef belly to the pan and cook until it starts to brown.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well.
Continue stir-frying until the beef is fully cooked.
Add the green onion and perilla leaves, stir briefly, and serve.
