INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 200g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
 - 1/2 red bell pepper
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 2 tsp fish sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASOS
Slice celery and red bell pepper into thin strips. Mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
Add celery and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.
