INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), diced
 - 🥬 1 cabbage leaf, chopped
 
Beans
- 🌰 50g mixed beans
 
Condiments
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 
Liquids
- 💧 150ml water
 - 🥛 150ml milk
 
Sauces
- 150g ready-made meat sauce
 
Herbs
- 🌿 Dried parsley, to taste
 
PASOS
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine diced potato, consomme powder, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until the potato softens.
Add meat sauce, chopped cabbage, mixed beans, and salt. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour in milk and stir. Heat until just before boiling, then turn off the heat. Serve in bowls and garnish with dried parsley.
