INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 perilla leaves
- some green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
Staples
- 1 handful soaked glass noodles
- some sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- some black pepper
PASOS
Prepare oyster mushrooms by cleaning and tearing them into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and slice zucchini into half-moon shapes.
Slice onion into thick strips and chop green onion, perilla leaves, and chilies.
Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and drain.
Mix all seasonings into a sauce and set aside.
Combine all vegetables except perilla leaves and noodles with the sauce.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the seasoned vegetables until zucchini is half-cooked.
Add soaked noodles and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add sliced chilies and perilla leaves, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
