INGREDIENTES

- 🥓 6 slices bacon
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🥔 1 small potato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, diced
- 🌭 4 small Vienna sausages, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped kimchi
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Dice all ingredients (potato, onion, carrot, sausages, and kimchi) into small pieces for easy wrapping.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 30 seconds, then add carrots and kimchi.
When potatoes are nearly cooked, add sausages and onions. Stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked through.
Add cooked rice to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Let the fried rice cool slightly, then shape it into small balls for wrapping.
Wrap each rice ball with a slice of bacon, trimming excess bacon if needed.
Place bacon-wrapped rice balls seam-side down on a pan and cook until bacon is crispy on all sides.
