    • 70g bacon
    • 🧄 3 cloves garlic

    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the garlic.

Heat a pan slightly and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry carefully to prevent burning.

Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until the fat renders out and the bacon is cooked.

Add the drained bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry quickly to combine.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir-fry quickly to mix the seasoning evenly.
