    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped

PASOS

Slice the onion into 0.5cm thick pieces and cut the bacon into 2cm strips. Chop the green onion finely.

In a dry pan, sauté minced garlic, green onion, onion slices, and bacon together.

Once the onion turns translucent, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, and water. Stir well.

Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, then add black pepper and a few drops of sesame oil.
