 - 🧅 a small amount of chopped onion
 
PASOS
Slice garlic into thin pieces and beat the eggs. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop the onion and place it in a pan with soy sauce, sugar, and water. Simmer over low heat until reduced.
