- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥓 3 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1/4 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🌱 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Slice the onion and bacon into thin strips. Chop the green onion finely.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion, bacon, and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over cooked rice.
