INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices rye bread
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetable
- 🥑 1 avocado
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of fine salt
PASOS
Toast the rye bread slices on both sides until golden.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit by gently twisting it out.
Mash the avocado flesh and finely chop the boiled eggs.
Mix the mashed avocado, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt together.
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread and wholegrain mustard on the other.
Spread the avocado and egg mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
Place the second slice of bread on top and wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
