INGREDIENTES
- Vegetables - 30g arugula, chopped
 
- Meat - 2 slices bacon, cut into 1cm strips
 
- Cheese - 🧀 50g processed cheese, diced into 1cm cubes
- 🧀 3 tbsp powdered cheese
 
- Dry Mix - 200g pancake mix
 
- Oil - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
- Dairy - 🥛 2.5 tbsp milk
 
PASOS
Chop arugula finely. Cut bacon into 1cm strips. Dice processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix and olive oil until crumbly.
Add powdered cheese, arugula, bacon, processed cheese, and milk to the bowl. Knead lightly until combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten to about 3cm thickness and cut into 6 pieces. Arrange them slightly apart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
