- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

- 150 ml olive oil
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the mushrooms in half and mince the garlic.
Prepare the small horse mackerel by removing the guts, gills, and scales. Open them by hand and sprinkle with sake.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the prepared horse mackerel and mushrooms, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
